About

I'm Kerrie an APHRA-registered acupuncturist and Chinese Medical Herbalist. I’m a big lover of all things outdoorsy, good food and good craft.

I work with women who feel lost and overwhelmed by their health, creating a soft landing space for those who have been dismissed and whose symptoms have not been taken seriously. I use a combination of acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, bodywork, and lifestyle guidance to provide care that holds you and treatment that supports, helping reduce symptoms and create meaningful, lasting change in your health.

Together, we can shift the narrative so you can show up fully in your life without feeling held back or like a burden to those around you. With me, experience consistent care that takes your symptoms seriously, helping you feel grounded and calm as you move through life.

My Story

Growing up on a farm in rural NSW shaped my idea of health. My parents understood, in the most practical sense, that your health is your greatest asset when you're responsible for animals and land; there's no sick day option. They attend a weekly yoga class in our local town hall, we eat from the vegetable garden and the meat we raise ourselves. As kids, when we were unwell, we visited our town's acupuncturist and naturopath. Looking after our health wasn't a wellness trend in our house. It was simply how we lived.

It's now obvious that, since my siblings and I left home, these habits are deeply ingrained in us. I realised how deeply they had shaped the way I move through the world, and eventually, my work as an Acupuncturist.

When I finished school, several of my closest friends were diagnosed with endometriosis. For years, they had been told their pain was normal, just part of being a woman. When they finally received a diagnosis, it came via surgery, followed by a prescription for the pill, and very little else. For some, that helped. For others, it opened the door to a cascade of further complications, each met with another Band-Aid and no real answers. They were dismissed, told there was nothing more that could be done, or informed that their options were a baby or a hysterectomy, neither of which is a choice when you are barely in your twenties, terrified about your future fertility, and in crippling pain every single month.

My friends deserved better. Women deserve better.

That is why I chose to study Chinese Medicine.

This ancient system of medicine has been supporting women's health for thousands of years. It treats the individual, not the condition. It looks at the whole person rather than isolating a single symptom. Chinese Medicine offers a language for what the body is experiencing in cases where modern medicine often has none, providing a framework for understanding health that is gentle, holistic, and deeply human. It sees a person, not a patient. Importantly, Chinese Medicine does not exist in opposition to modern medicine; it works beautifully alongside it. I believe the most powerful outcomes come when both are working together, each complementing the other to provide the most comprehensive care possible.

My vision is a world where women's health is taken seriously. Where women are seen, heard, and genuinely understood in every healthcare setting they enter. My mission is to provide the kind of compassionate, practical, whole-person support that helps women not just manage their health, but truly reclaim it.

I believe in care that feels like a hug from a close friend. A space where you will be heard, understood and your symptoms validated. I will work with you to create an appropriate treatment plan that is both practical and tailored to you and your lifestyle.

My treatment foundation is compassionate care. A space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable and to share your experiences with no judgment. You will never be told your symptoms are in ‘your head’ or ‘just part of being a woman’.

Joy is a cornerstone of good health. Yet it's often the first thing we sacrifice when life gets demanding. I help patients actively reclaim it through meaningful social connections, fulfilling hobbies, and intentional moments built into daily life.
